Justin Bieber Gets Real About Anger Issues & Being ‘Authentic’

Justin Bieber is opening up like never before! The pop superstar took to Instagram over the weekend to get real about self-worth, anger issues, and the pressure to please others.
Music & Deep Thoughts
On Saturday, Bieber posted a clip of himself jamming out with fellow musicians, totally in the zone. But in the caption, he got deep:
“I think I hate myself sometimes when I feel myself start to become inauthentic… Then I remember we’re all being made to think we’re not enough, but I still hate when I change myself to please people.”
Working on His Anger
Earlier that day, he shared another raw reflection about his emotions:
“I got anger issues too, but I wanna grow and not react so much smh.”
He paired the message with three photos: A moody shot with his hoodie up
A childhood pic
A heartwarming snap of his baby son, Jack Blues
(born August 2024)
Struggles with Self-Worth
Bieber has been extra introspective lately. Just last week, he admitted: “I personally have always felt unworthy. Like I was a fraud. Like when people told me I deserve something, it made me feel sneaky, like… damn, if only they knew my thoughts.”
Why It Matters
Justin’s been in the spotlight since he was a kid, and the pressure clearly takes a toll. But his honesty? A reminder that even the biggest stars struggle too.
